Modern Bathroom & Main Floor Renovation
Location: Manchester, WA
This home underwent a stunning transformation, blending modern aesthetics with enhanced functionality. In the primary bathroom, we introduced heated floors, a full-length lighted wall niche, and a curbless shower finished with large-format wall tiles and bold hexagonal floor tiles. The raised drop ceiling and rainfall showerhead added an open, spa-like feel. We also removed an underused tub, upgraded the fixtures, refinished three cabinets, and installed a sleek new Toto toilet.
The renovation extended beyond the bathroom—new flooring was installed throughout the main floor, the kitchen received updated countertops and backsplash, and the hall bath was refreshed with another high-performance Toto toilet.
Full Bathroom Renovation
This project involved back-to-back bathrooms with significant subfloor and joist damage due to long-term water intrusion. Our team began by fully demoing both spaces to repair the compromised floor structure and restore a safe, stable foundation.
Once the structural work was complete, we transformed both bathrooms with:
• Upgraded lighting and durable new flooring
• Modern cabinets and updated mirrors
• Wetwall panels with integrated tubs
• New shower valves, trim, and commodes
The result is two revitalized bathrooms—built to last, beautifully finished, and designed for everyday comfort and reliability.
Accessible Bathroom Remodel – VA Grant Project
Through a VA grant, our client—recently paralyzed from the waist down—needed essential home modifications to support greater independence and mobility. The project focused on accessibility upgrades, including widening doorways to 36" and installing wheelchair-friendly sinks.
The core transformation was converting a standard 3' x 4' fiberglass shower into a fully accessible, curbless 5' x 4' shower. To achieve this, we restructured the space by extending into an adjacent closet and lowering the shower floor for seamless wheelchair access. We also upgraded the bathroom flooring with durable, slip-resistant tile—ensuring both safety and comfort.
